Rebranding SMinOrgs is not the only important activity for 2013. We’ve also been developing a strategy to grow the Community, both in the near term and over the long haul.
To facilitate and lead this growth, we’re exploring the creation of a team of professionals who would commit their time, effort and expertise in a variety of activities in exchange for an equity stake in the organization. Here are the leadership and other contributing roles we’ve identified so far:
- Membership growth and retention
- Business development and revenue generation
- Digital network design and maintenance
- Community management and member engagement
- Content wrangling (creating, managing, editing, repurposing, etc.)
- Digital marketing and public relations, including SEA and SEO
- Graphics and visualizations
- Event creation and management
- Education and training
