The two points touched upon below is always relevant when change or change agents are considered. Yet I also think much can be learned from the rouge "ad-venturist" that do not follow established avenues but charts a whole new course.

Mostly such thinking comes from knowing how the box looks on the inside and applying new ideas outside the box that opens up the out of box world to those in side the box.

"We must continue to pay attention to trends, watch industry titans, and listen to thought leaders, but we must remember that although what they do and say are extremely important, their actions and views are not necessarily representative of the world most of us live in."

"Put another way, to help others think outside the box, champions must think inside the box."
